A new standalone Apple classical music app is expected to arrive.

The tech giant maker has confirmed that it will launch this new app before the end of 2022.

But, Apple did not provide an exact release date schedule at press time.

The arrival of the new classic app was also seen in the backend code used by the giant iPhone maker.

twitter user @aaronp613 posted a screenshot of the leaked code.

“Looks like Apple is configuring Apple Music Classical in the backend,” the tech enthusiast said.

In the code, you will see the code “app.music.classical,app.musickkit” was in the last string.

According to the latest report from MacRumors, the new Apple Music Classical will use the so-called Primephonic.

Apple bought this classical music service in 2021.

During this period, the iPhone maker said the acquisition of Primephonic would allow it to offer an enhanced classic music experience to Apple Music subscribers.

The tech giant maker added that it will release a dedicated classical music app around 2022.

Apple further stated that this new app will combine the classic Primephonic user interface with newly added features, as reported by GadgetsNow.

At the time of writing, Apple has not shared the specific functions of the classical music app.

On the other hand, since the iOS 16.1 beta did not mention its arrival, many experts concluded that the gadget maker will include the new app in future iOS 16 releases.

Other things to expect from Apple

Besides the new classical music app, there are also other things you can expect from Apple before the end of 2022, especially in October.

One of them is the upcoming iPhone 14 Plus, which is slated for release on October 7. On the other hand, the new iOS 16.1 could also arrive before the end of 2022.
